Airflow schematic of one operation, shown before and after the restriction is removed Before: a duct carrying the full volume of the business narrows to a single constricted throat labelled “you”, where flow backs up, and only a thin stream continues out the far side. After: the same duct runs straight through, and all seven lanes of flow leave at the width they entered. Restriction Everything comes in What actually gets out YOU Everything comes in All of it gets out
Static pressure, plotted the way you already read it — except the restriction isn’t in the ductwork. Same operation. Same volume. Nothing backs up on you anymore.

The problem

You didn’t build a business to run every decision through yourself.

More technicians. More jobs on the board. More revenue. But somehow, every complex quote, every operational call, every issue with a key client still lands on your desk.

You’ve tried a CRM. You’ve tried a consultant. Nothing changed — because the problem was never the software. It was the operation underneath it.

The questions this work answers — about the business, not the equipment

  • Why aren’t enough leads coming in?
  • Why do the calls come in but not close?
  • Why are the technicians busy and the money still tight?
  • Why do customers disappear after the first service?
  • How does follow-up actually get done, every time?
  • How do we organize the sales side?
  • How do we measure our own numbers?
  • Which processes can be automated, and which shouldn’t be?
  • How do we win more high-ticket work?
  • How does the business stop depending on the owner alone?

The approach

Not consulting. Not outsourcing.

I find the bottlenecks costing your business time, money, and control. Then my team and I work alongside you to fix them.

Phase 1 is the diagnosis — five days on-site, a written Solution Roadmap, done by me personally. Phase 2, part of the same signed engagement, is where we build the fix together, working toward goals we put in writing with you before we start. You’re never left with a report and no path forward, and you’re never handing your business off to a stranger you’ll never talk to again. One team responsible for the outcome. One point of contact: me.

How we work

Two phases. The first one has to earn the second.

Phase 01

Onsite setup — five days in your city

Five days · in person, with your team

  1. Day 1–2 — I talk to your team, not just you.

Interviews with you and 2–3 key people — dispatch, admin, sales. In person, not a questionnaire. For the first time, someone sees your operation from the outside, not just from your seat.

  2. Day 2–3 — We trace a real job from start to finish.

I follow one actual order the whole way through, and find exactly where time, money, or control gets lost along the way.

    1. Lead
    2. Dispatch
    3. Diagnosis
    4. Sale
    5. Execution
    6. Collection
    7. Follow-up
  3. Day 3 — I look at how you show up online.

A review of your digital presence — website, social media, and how leads get captured and followed up.

  4. Day 4 — I prioritize, not overwhelm you.

You get the 3–5 bottlenecks costing you the most — ranked by impact. Not a 40-page report of everything that’s “wrong.”

  5. Day 5 — You leave with a Roadmap, not a pitch.

A written Solution Roadmap plus a 45–60 minute session to walk through it together, with a concrete recommendation of what to build, at what scope, and for how much — and how we build it with you.

Phase 02

Implementation — we build what the Roadmap calls for

Monthly subscription · scoped to your Roadmap · three-month minimum

If the Roadmap says something has to be built, our team builds it — with the scope, the price and the goals written down before the first day of work. You are not picking a product off a list; you are fixing the specific bottleneck the week found.

What that usually looks like, depending on what the week turned up

  • A website that converts the traffic you already get.
  • Automated follow-up, so no lead goes cold because everyone was busy.
  • AI that answers, qualifies and books your leads around the clock.
  • Reporting that shows your numbers without you assembling them.

Phase 02 is where the Roadmap stops being a document: we build it with you, to goals set in writing.

What’s included

Both phases, in full.

Phase 01 — Onsite setup

  1. Five days onsite: interviews with you and 2–3 key people, plus a full mapping of how a real job moves through your business.

  2. A review of your digital presence — website, social media, and how leads get captured and followed up.

  3. The 3–5 bottlenecks costing you the most, ranked by impact.

  4. A written Solution Roadmap — scope and price for Phase 02 included — and a live 45–60 minute session to walk through it together.

Phase 02 — Implementation

  1. The build itself, exactly as scoped in the Roadmap, delivered by our team.

  2. Three months of active work toward metrics agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. One point of contact — me — accountable for what gets delivered and for holding the work to what was agreed.

Timeline

  1. Day 5 Solution Roadmap delivered in person, in the same week it was mapped.
  2. Month 1 Phase 02 begins, at the scope your Roadmap identified and the fee agreed when you signed.
  3. Month 3 Implementation measured against the metrics we wrote down before starting — not against opinions.

The engagement

How this works

Phase 1 is a five-day, on-site diagnosis — done personally by me, ending in a written Solution Roadmap. From there, Phase 2 is where we build the fix together, as a monthly engagement scoped to what your Roadmap finds.

We’ll walk you through the full investment on a call — no guesswork, no generic pricing that doesn’t fit your business.

Phase 02 guarantee

We work three months toward the metrics we agree on in writing before starting. If they aren’t reached, we keep working three more months at no extra cost.

The risk is on us — not you.

Leave your details

Before you book

Fair questions, answered straight.

“I’ve tried this before and it didn’t work.”

Fair. What specifically didn’t work? Most of the time, the tool wasn’t the problem — it was rolled out before anyone understood how the team actually operates in the field. That’s why this starts with a full week inside your operation, before anything gets built.

“I don’t have a whole week to give you.”

You don’t have to. I need short blocks of your time spread across the week — the rest I spend with your team, watching how the operation runs today. It is less time than you are already losing putting out fires.

“What exactly am I committing to?”

To both phases, in one Order. Phase 01 is a defined piece of work: five days on site with your team, and the written Roadmap that comes out of them, which is yours. It is the first step of a committed engagement, not a trial — signing commits you to Phase 02 as well, a monthly engagement with a three-month minimum, scoped to what the Roadmap finds. Both fees are written into the Order before you sign it, so nothing about the number is a surprise. Phase 02 is where we build what the Roadmap calls for and work to the metrics we set down together, and if three months isn’t enough, we keep going at no extra cost.

“Who actually builds what the Roadmap recommends?”

Our team. My job is to diagnose the operation and make sure what gets built solves the right problem, instead of selling you technology before anyone understood you. I stay your point of contact from the first interview to the last metric.

You built this business. You shouldn’t have to run every part of it alone.
